Job summary

Morrie’s Auto Group is seeking a product specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences at Morrie’s Forest Lake dealership. You will assist customers in selecting vehicles, educate on features, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on available products.

The role emphasizes building relationships, following up on leads, and collaborating with Sales and Finance teams to close deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service and sales skills demonstrated in previous roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required by dealership operations.
• State driver’s license is valid and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best experience to all customers who enter the dealership.
• Answer phone calls and follow up on leads.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with Morrie's customers.
• Help customers to select the perfect vehicle using Morrie’s Needs Assessment.
• Keep up to date on products, features, and accessories available.
