Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 15 minutes of teppan orders.
• Perform a cooking show for assigned tables while engaging guests.
• Prepare food portions and cook on hibachi grills.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and hibachi tables.
• Follow company recipes and portion standards.
• Adhere to safe food handling and FIFO practices.
• Present a clean and courteous appearance.
