Summit Home Care is a NYS licensed home care agency serving NYC and Long Island, currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to support adult and pediatric patients in the Suffolk area.

You can choose what days and shifts you want to work, with a pay range of $18.55 to $19.55 per hour plus benefits. Benefits include daily access to pay, flexible schedules, and more.

Qualificações

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed.
• 2 Reference Letters.
• Recent Physical.
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred).
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work.

Responsabilidades

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands
