Summit Home Care is a NYS licensed home care agency that services all 5 Boroughs of NYC and Long Island. We currently have adult and pediatric patients in Brooklyn that need exceptional, compassionate, and reliable Home Health Aides!

Qualifications

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed.
• 2 Reference Letters.
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred) and Rubella/Rubeola titers.

Responsibilities

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care.
• Monitor patients and report on their condition.
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions.
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands.

Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities:

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
