Job summary

Summit Home Care is a NYS licensed home care agency serving all five boroughs of NYC and Long Island. We currently have adult and pediatric patients in MANHATTAN that need exceptional, compassionate, and reliable Home Health Aides!

You can choose what days & shifts you want to work. New bonus program and benefits offered, with hourly pay of $18.55-$19.55 plus benefits for HHA/PCA roles.

Qualifications

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Two Reference Letters.
• Recent Physical.
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred).
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work.

Responsibilities

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care.
• Monitor patients and report on their condition.
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions.
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands.
