Summit Home Care is a NYS licensed home care agency serving all five Boroughs of NYC and Long Island. We currently have adult and pediatric patients in Queens County that need exceptional, compassionate, and reliable Home Health Aides.

You can choose what days & shifts you want to work. Summit Home Care offers competitive pay of $18.55–$19.55 per hour plus benefits, with daily access to your pay and a range of perks to support your work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Daily personal care tasks include bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing.
• Home health aide responsibilities per Plan of Care.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Assist with meals and basic housekeeping.
• Escort to doctor visits, shopping, and errands.

Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities:

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands

Home Health Aide (HHA) Requirements:

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card &; Work Authorization, if needed
• 2 Reference Letters
• Recent Physical
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
• Rubella &; Rubeola titer lab work
