Summit Home Care in New York is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to support adult and pediatric patients across NYC and Long Island. You can choose days and shifts that fit your schedule.

Earn $18.55–$19.55 per hour with benefits, daily pay access, paid time off, and opportunities for referrals. Requirements include NYS HHA certificate, ID, SSN/work authorization, two references, and TB/rubella tests.

Qualificações

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Government issued ID, Social Security Card and Work Authorization, if needed.
• 2 Reference Letters.
• Recent Physical.
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred).
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work.

Responsabilidades

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care.
• Monitor patients and report on their condition.
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions.
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands.
