Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to support adult and pediatric patients across Nassau County and NYC. You can choose days and shifts that fit your schedule, with pay options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed
• 2 Reference Letters
• Recent Physical
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work

Responsibilities

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands
