Synergy HomeCare in Pinellas Park, Florida is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team and deliver quality in-home care. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, light housekeeping, and companionship while ensuring client safety and following care plans.

Required: valid HHA and CPR certifications, 1 year in-home caregiving, a valid driver's license with clean record, and a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance; Level 2 background

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting.
• Current TB test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompanying clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications: Do Not Apply Unless You Meet All Requirements:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Reliable vehiclewith current registration and insurance.

• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.

• Current Negative TB Test.

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Strong communication skills.
