Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Seminole, Florida is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to work in patients' homes, following one-on-one care plans and delivering compassionate, professional in-home care.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, light housekeeping, monitor changes, provide companionship, and follow agency protocols. A valid HHA, CPR, TB test, and driver's license are required, with at least 1 year of caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• HHA certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of in-home caregiving experience.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• TB test results required.

Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! You will be working directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patients' homes.

This position is located in Seminole, Florida.

What you'll do:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.
