Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care to clients in their own homes.

You will follow care plans and work directly with patients, delivering practical support and a caring presence. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility guidance, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, and documenting changes in condition.

Qualifications

• HHA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB test results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.
