Synergy HomeCare in Clearwater, FL is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our in-home care team. You will help seniors live safely and comfortably at home. Duties include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (HHA) certification is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current TB test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
