Synergy HomeCare in Largo, FL is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide in-home care with dignity and respect. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, and companionship.

Requirements include HHA certification, CPR, 1 year of caregiving, valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliable vehicle, fingerprinting, TB test, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• HHA certification is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current Negative TB Test.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; help maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications: Do Not Apply Unless You Meet All Requirements:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
