Synergy HomeCare in Largo, Florida is seeking compassionate CNAs/HHA to provide in-home care for seniors. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, appointments, light housekeeping, monitoring health, and offering companionship.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a professional demeanor. Earn $18–$20 per hour with direct deposit, overtime/holiday pay, and 24/7 management support to help you succeed.

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/HHA) certification required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, in-home care preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and organize living spaces.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship and support to maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
