Synergy HomeCare in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (HHA) to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals in need. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, and light housekeeping while following care plans and maintaining client safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current Negative TB Test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
