Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Largo, FL seeks compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, and light housekeeping while following care plans. Excellent communication and a professional demeanor are essential for success in a supportive, flexible team environment.

Qualifications

• HHA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, in-home care preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB test results.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! You will be working directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patients' homes.

This position is located in Largo, Florida.

What you'll do:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications:
