Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Clearwater, Florida is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one‑on‑one in‑home care. You will work directly with clients, following care plans, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and transportation to appointments.

Ideal candidates hold a valid HHA certification and CPR, have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a clean driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in‑home care preferred)
• Valid Driver's License with clear driving record
• Recent TB Test Results
• Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety

What you'll do:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)

• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
