Job summary

Benchmark at Rye is seeking compassionate HHAs to join our team and deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. Positions are part-time with shifts 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a; pay is $20-$21.25 per hour.

A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required, with prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required. As a community associate, you will benefit from programs including 8 holidays, a meal program discount, paid training and uniforms, referral

As a PCA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
