Benchmark Senior Living's Nashua Crossings is seeking a compassionate PCA for part-time shifts on all days: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a. Pay is $19.50-$20.25 per hour, with benefits.

You will assist residents with daily living, document care, report changes, and provide emotional support to create a respectful, engaging environment. Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Experience with dementia is desired.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
