Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking dedicated HHAs to join our award-winning memory care community. Full-time roles available across day, evening, and night shifts with competitive hourly rates ($20–$21.25/hr).

You will deliver compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment, assisting residents with activities of daily living and supporting cognitive needs while documenting care and communicating changes to the team.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Full Time Opportunities!

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
