Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Rye, NH team. This part-time day position (6a-2p) offers $20-$23 per hour and a warm, home-like environment focused on resident comfort and well-being.

You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and engage residents in meaningful activities while reporting changes to staff. Great for dedicated caregivers seeking flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
