Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye is hiring Home Health Aides to join our award-winning memory care community. This full-time role offers day, evening, and night shifts with competitive pay of $20–$21.25 per hour and a warm, home-like environment focused on resident well-being.

You will deliver care to residents, document care provided, and participate in meaningful activities, with benefits described on the post. CNA/HHA/LNA license required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Full Time Opportunities!

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
