Job summary

Right at Home in Massachusetts is seeking caring Home Health Aides to support clients with daily activities, personal hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

We value compassionate caregivers with at least 6 months of HHA or PCA experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in English. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for this on-site role in Foxborough.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY:

Providing compassionate assistance with daily activities, including personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, mouth care, skin and hair care), mobility, eating, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and other household tasks.

Preparing simple meals and being comfortable in the kitchen.

OUR BEST TEAM MEMBERS HAVE:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience: At least six months as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), with successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA course.
• Skills: A compassionate approach to caregiving, ability to meet job demands, and proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
• Transportation: A valid driver’s license and access to an insured automobile, or reliable transportation for work.
• Certifications: Current CPR certificate recommended, as well as a Competency Evaluation meeting state licensing standards for home health aides.
