Job summary

Right at Home is seeking caring caregivers in Massachusetts to support clients in daily activities and home care needs.

You will provide personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping with a focus on safety and compassion. Flexible part-time shifts across weekdays and weekends available, with paid training and benefits as described.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY:

Providing compassionate assistance with daily activities, including personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, mouth care, skin and hair care), mobility, eating, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and other household tasks.

Preparing simple meals and being comfortable in the kitchen.

OUR BEST TEAM MEMBERS HAVE:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience: At least six months as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), with successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA course.
• Skills: A compassionate approach to caregiving, ability to meet job demands, and proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
• Transportation: A valid driver’s license and access to an insured automobile, or reliable transportation for work.
• Certifications: Current CPR certificate recommended, as well as a Competency Evaluation meeting state licensing standards for home health aides.
