Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in New Jersey. You will help with daily activities and offer companionship, including dressing, bathing, and meals, while supporting safety and wellbeing.

Qualified candidates hold a NJ CHHA license, are English-fluent (bilingual a plus), and can work in Vineland, Clayton and nearby towns. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License
• Willing to work in Vineland, Clayton and surrounding areas
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred
• Driver's license preferred
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Standing and walking; assist daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting as needed
• Assistance with daily care like dressing, bathing and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues when needed
