Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our team in Union, Elizabeth and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one care in clients\' homes, focusing on comfort, companionship, and daily living support.

Valid NJ CHHA license is required. English proficiency preferred, and drivers are a plus. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and a rewards program to recognize reliable, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license is required.
• Must be willing to work in Union, Elizabeth and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Support basic daily living tasks and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer medication reminders and help establish healthy routines.
• Be a friendly, steady presence and adapt to diverse client needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care — like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
