Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring Certified Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care in the homes of clients in the Trenton, Ewing, Lawrence, and Princeton areas.

You will support clients with daily activities, mobility, personal care, and companionship, using your CHHA credentials to ensure safe, quality care. Enjoy paid orientation, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), and benefits while earning $16/hr plus rewards through our caregiver program.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing CHHA license.
• Availability in Ewing and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable providing care for bedbound clients including personal care, mobility, and daily needs.
• English/Bilingual preferred.
• Drivers preferred.
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
