Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes in Jersey City and surrounding towns. Earn $16+ per hour with weekly pay, free orientation, and flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

You must hold a valid NJ CHHA license; English preferred; drivers preferred. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty, helping clients with daily activities and keeping them comfortable at home.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
