Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care in Newark and surrounding areas.

The role offers flexible schedules including full-time, part-time and weekend shifts, with opportunities to earn extra through the Caregiver Rewards Program. As a CHHA, you will bring comfort and companionship to clients, assist with daily activities, and ensure a clean, safe home environment while honoring privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license is required.
• Willingness to work in Newark and surrounding areas.
• English/Bilingual English preferred.
• Reliable transportation; drivers preferred.
• Must show compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence for clients.

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
