The position offers weekly pay, paid orientation, and access to a caregiver rewards program, plus flexible shifts—full-time, part-time, and weekends. Healthcare benefits and PTO are included where eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• Willingness to work in Passaic and surrounding areas.
• Proficient English; bilingual preferred.
• Reliable transportation and trustworthy character.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including dressing, bathing and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client personalities and maintain a friendly presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
