Sunoco LP in Denver is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (HES) Compliance leader. The role oversees environmental and safety programs across assigned facilities to ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk management.

You will manage permits, reporting, emergency response, and incident investigations while supporting continuous improvement in HES systems and performance. Strong collaboration with operations is essential.

Formación

• Experience managing environmental permits and reporting obligations.
• Ability to lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication across operations and regulatory agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update Facility Response Plans (FRPs) and SPCC Plans.
• Manage environmental permits and compliance obligations (air, stormwater, wastewater).
• Oversee hazardous waste programs (VSQG, SQG, LQG) including reporting.
• Manage spill reporting, emergency response, and remediation projects.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and information requests; QA/QC of reports.
• Provide HES training and drive continuous improvement; mentor site personnel.
