Job summary

Parkland Corporation seeks a Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) leader to drive regulatory compliance across assigned facilities in Colorado. You will manage environmental permitting, reporting, emergency response, and incident investigations while promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in HES systems and performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with OSHA, EPA, and local requirements across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing environmental permitting, reporting, and emergency response.
• Ability to lead HES training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Skill in audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update environmental plans (FRPs, SPCC).
• Manage air, stormwater, wastewater permits and reporting.
• Oversee hazardous waste programs and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and information requests.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Develop and implement HES training and programs across sites.
