Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) Compliance professional to manage regulatory compliance across facilities, including permits, reporting, and incident investigations. The role focuses on implementing robust HES programs, training, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

You will oversee FRPs, SPCC Plans, air/water permits, hazardous waste programs, and emergency response, ensuring adherence to OSHA, DOT, and related requirements while coordinating with

• Experience in health, environment and safety regulatory programs.
• Ability to conduct audits and enforce compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update FRPs and SPCC Plans.
• Manage environmental permits and reporting (air, stormwater, wastewater).
• Oversee hazardous waste programs and incident investigations.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and provide field support.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulations.
• Lead contractor oversight and safety training programs.
• Prepare compliance reports and address regulatory inquiries.
