Job summary

Sunoco LP seeks an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (HES) Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across facilities. The role focuses on permits, reporting, and incident investigations, while promoting continuous improvement in HES programs and performance.

Responsibilities include managing spill response, training site personnel, and ensuring QA/QC of regulatory submissions. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, Clean Air Act, water compliance)
• Experience leading regulatory interactions and inspections
• Ability to lead cross-functional compliance initiatives
• Proven track record in environmental risk mitigation
• Experience in incident investigations and root-cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Facility Response Plans and SPCC Plans.
• Manage environmental permits (air, stormwater, wastewater) and reporting.
• Oversee hazardous waste programs and related reporting.
• Coordinate and respond to regulatory inspections and information requests.
• Conduct HES training and QA/QC reviews of reports.
• Lead audits and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance strategies across sites.
