Zusammenfassung

Sunoco LP in the United States seeks a Health & Safety Supervisor to support safety, emergency response, Industrial Hygiene, regulatory compliance, and training across regional terminals and pipelines.

You will oversee spill response, incident command, and security plans, stay current with environmental regulations, guide incident management, and coordinate HES training and field compliance. This role may require travel to multiple sites and states.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Environmental Science, Physical Science, Chemical or Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental multimedia; understanding of terminal, pipeline, and refinery operations and applicable regulations; knowledge of Hazardous & Non Hazardous Waste, RCRA Waste, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Coast Guard Emergency Response, and Incident Command System.

Aufgaben

• Subject matter expertise in oversight of spill response and Incident Commander structure; respond to emergencies and training events throughout the region.
• Manage Emergency response, security, and operational plans for each terminal in the region.
• Maintain knowledge of environmental regulations (local, state, federal), including Clean Water Act, RCRA, Toxic Substances Control Act, and Federal Oil Pollution Act.
• Respond to emergency callouts and perform assigned Incident Management Team duties.
• Assist field operations in agency inspections and internal audits.
• Coordinate and conduct HES training and help implement HES-Management System.
• Implement new HES regulations and ensure field HES compliance.
• Liaison between field, corporate, and local agencies.
• Follow Sunoco LP employee policies (communication, drug testing).
• Be a team player and demonstrate respect towards teammates.
• Participate in Initial 40-hr Hazwoper training and annual 8-hr refresher training
