Halo Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator to support patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, offering education, scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-up. You will work closely with clinicians and partner sites to ensure a compassionate, efficient patient experience in a busy environment.

The role requires a nationally certified phlebotomist with venipuncture skills, 2+ years of clinical experience, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with venipuncture experience.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in front or back office roles.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Provide education on testing procedures and next steps; be primary patient contact.
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture and ensure proper handling and labeling.
• Coordinate with partner clinics and maintain EMR documentation and compliance.
