Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics seeks a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer testing and specimen collection. You will educate patients, coordinate care, perform phlebotomy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Ideal candidates are nationally certified phlebotomists with strong venipuncture skills, HIPAA knowledge, and EMR/EHR experience.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• 2+ years clinical experience including phlebotomy and patient support.
• Experience with EMR/EHR and insurance verification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer testing and education.
• Coordinate scheduling, specimen collection, and follow‑ups.
• Perform venipuncture and handle specimens per protocol.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in EMR/EHR.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and partner sites.
• Address patient questions and ensure a high‑quality experience.
