HALO Precision Diagnostics in Longmont, CO is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, provide education, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and perform phlebotomy services.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, strong coordination with partner sites, and adherence to HIPAA and clinical protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with clinical experience.
• 2+ years of clinical front/back office experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from scheduling to results.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens.
• Coordinate with partner site staff and clinicians.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate EMR documentation.
• Provide compassionate education and address patient questions.
