Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics seeks a Patient Navigator to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing with phlebotomy support, education, and care coordination. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

The role emphasizes patient education, scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-up, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and strong partner site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Provide clear, compassionate education on testing, procedures, and next steps.
• Serve as the primary patient contact to ensure a supportive and informed experience.
• Conduct structured patient consultations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
