Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking an Account Executive to grow our laboratory services portfolio in a defined PNW territory (Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho & Montana) while living within the territory. You will promote genetic diagnostic testing services to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices, building relationships with MDs, nurses, genetic counselors, and lab staff.

You will own the territory, drive contracts, present compelling solutions, and help expand adoption of our assays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or combined years of experience required.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Experience selling laboratory testing services to clinicians and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory.
• Live in the designated territory.
• Manage and grow business in existing accounts.
• Expand menu utilization in existing accounts.
• Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts.
• Introduce new testing products.
• Develop demand for and adoption of new assays.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Host and assist with trade shows.
• Manage customer data in the company database.
• Achieve sales goals.
