Tempus AI is seeking an Account Executive for the HCT territory in the Pacific Northwest, covering Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and Montana. With 3+ years in laboratory or medical device sales, you will leverage CRM tools, build strong relationships, and close complex deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or medical device sales.
• Bachelor's degree and/or combined years of experience required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM applications such as Microsoft CRM or similar.
• Track record of selling a broad portfolio of laboratory testing to diverse medical specialties.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Formal sales training (SPIN Selling or PSS) is a plus.
• Excellent time and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory and grow business in existing Ambry accounts.
• Promote genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts; expand menu utilization.
• Develop customer-specific action plans and manage data in the company database.
• Achieve sales goals within the HCT territory across Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho & Montana.
