Job summary

Lilly is seeking an HEOR Strategy Director to lead real-world evidence and health economics strategies for the CMH portfolio. You will shape patient-focused outcomes, economic value propositions, and HO evidence plans across development and commercialization stages.

The role requires a PhD/MD or PharmD/MS with 7+ years in HEOR, strong leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 7+ years OR PharmD/MS degree with 7+ years in creating, executing, and delivering HO strategies/projects.

Responsibilities

• Drives sustained integration of HEOR from early clinical development through commercialization.
• Develops and oversees HO research strategy for CMH portfolio.
• Serves as senior HEOR strategic partner on lead/core teams.
• Formulates and drives patient-focused outcomes, real-world evidence, and economic value strategies.
• Establishes HEOR standards across CMH portfolio to scale with pipeline.
