Lead HEOR strategy and execution within Lilly's cardiometabolic health (CMH) business, focusing on health economic and outcomes research to support drug development, market access, and product differentiation.
Develop and oversee HO research strategies, drive evidence generation across the product lifecycle, lead research projects, and communicate findings; provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to HEOR teams; influence cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders; manage project timelines and budgets; stay current on disease states and methodologies relevant to the portfolio.
Doctorate (PhD, MD) or PharmD/MS with 7+ years’ experience in HEOR, expertise in causal inference, economic modeling, and health technology assessment; strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder influence skills; ability to lead research from design to dissemination.
Expertise in comparative effectiveness, meta-analysis, cost-effectiveness modeling, HTA (e.g., NICE, ICER), and observational study design; therapeutic focus on cardiometabolic diseases; global scope with domestic and international travel (10-25%).
