Job summary

Lilly Oncology is seeking a Lead health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) scientist to develop and lead evidence generation across the oncology portfolio. You will design and execute HEOR strategies from early clinical stages through commercialization, guiding decision-making and product differentiation.

The role also involves mentoring a team of HEOR scientists, collaborating with clinical, regulatory and commercial teams, and communicating findings to key stakeholders to influence strategy

Qualifications

• PhD or PharmD/MS with 7+ years HEOR leadership experience.
• Experience in HEOR strategy, research execution and leadership in oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HEOR strategies across the oncology portfolio.
• Lead studies on health economics, patient-reported outcomes and real-world evidence.
• Mentor and manage a team of HEOR scientists.
