Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an experienced HEOR Research Scientist to provide strategic insight into health outcomes evidence needs across Lilly’s portfolio. You will lead research planning, apply economic and statistical methods, and shape value propositions for diverse therapeutic areas and geographies.

Ideal candidates will have a PhD/MD or PharmD/MS with 3–5 years’ experience in HOOR/HEOR, a track record of communicating complex science clearly, and a willingness to collaborate across

Qualifications

PhD or MD with 3–5 years delivering outcomes strategies/projects.
Ability to translate complex scientific information for diverse audiences.
Experience in HO research methods, HEOR, and RWE preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop HO evidence strategy across development to commercialization.
Lead HO evidence planning with cross-functional teams.
Apply statistical, economic modeling, and observational methods.
Communicate HO findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Drive dissemination through abstracts, posters and manuscripts.
Stay informed on disease states and HO methodologies globally.
