Lilly in Indianapolis seeks an HEOR Research Scientist to shape health outcomes evidence across the cardiometabolic portfolio, guiding PRO, ClinRO, ObsRO and PerfO work and translating findings into value propositions for regulatory and payer audiences.

You will lead HO evidence planning, apply economic modeling, real-world evidence, and health technology assessment approaches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate patient access and inform strategic decisions.

Formación

• Doctorate or equivalent experience in health outcomes research.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of US/European healthcare systems and HTA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drives HO evidence planning and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Leads development and execution of HO research across portfolio.
• Translates patient outcomes into value propositions for reimbursement.
• Communicates HO information to internal partners and external stakeholders.
• Monitors disease states and anticipates market needs.
