Responsibilities include developing and executing HEOR strategies across the oncology portfolio, integrating HEOR insights from early clinical stages through commercialization, and leading studies on health economics, patient-reported outcomes, and real-world evidence to demonstrate product value. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of HEOR scientists, collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams, and communicating research findings effectively.
Requirements: PhD or PharmD/MS with 7+ years experience in HEOR strategy, research execution, and leadership, preferably in oncology. Skills include extensive knowledge of health economics, real-world data, and patient outcomes, as well as strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
Preferred: prior oncology HEOR experience, proven leadership, and ability to influence decision-makers. High-value specifics: oncology therapeutic area, real-world evidence, health economics, patient-reported outcomes, global scope with 10-25% travel, US-based remote or Indianapolis location.
