Job summary

Eterna Management is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing sales organization in the hemp industry, developing new business with manufacturers, distributors, and brand partners. Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of hiring, managing, coaching and leading a sales team
• Proven success leading a high success B2B product or CPG sales team
• A proven Sales Management Leader with objective results records.
• Experience in hemp, cannabis, nutraceutical, ingredient manufacturing, contract manufacturing, CPG, beverage, or related industries preferred
• Strong track record of growing revenue through strategic account development
• Experience selling to brands, manufacturers, distributors, or large-scale commercial customers
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals
• Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
• Build and strengthen relationships with major hemp, wellness, CPG, and alternative product brands
• Develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and private label customers
• Establish clear KPIs, accountability standards, and performance metrics for the sales team
• Work closely with executive leadership on forecasting, market expansion, and growth initiatives
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales talent
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
