Job summary

Allied Beverage Group, based in Elizabeth, NJ, seeks a Category Development Specialist to lead Hemp Direct Sales, RTD, and Low/No activations across off- and on-premise accounts.

You will manage key accounts, develop annual plans, and drive KPI targets while pursuing preferred supplier status and volume growth. This role blends field sales, category management, and market insights in a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience.
• Budget, sales, and marketing experience.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding of Hemp / RTD / Low / No Alcohol brands.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sales of Hemp Beverage Portfolio and RTD / Low/No products.
• Deliver on volume and profitability objectives by brand.
• Ensure compliance with hemp/RTD/low/no alcohol brand strategies.
• Develop and execute annual account plans with KPI targets.
• Build strategic relationships and become a trusted advisor for key accounts.
• Lead category management and drive brand profitability.
