Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a US Hematology Thought Leader Engagement Lead to drive a comprehensive engagement plan for national and regional experts across lymphoma, myeloma, and leukemia. You will coordinate relationships end-to-end with cross-functional teams, shaping the HCP and thought leader strategy across the Hematology portfolio.

You will build programs, nominate TLs for boards and speaker programs, and monitor engagement metrics while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Broad leadership experiences with ability to influence and coach, guiding cross-functional work to impact business outcomes.
• 8+ years in sales, marketing, medical affairs, strategy, or launch/commercial roles in pharma/biotech.
• Experience engaging hematology stakeholders and designing engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop ONE Pfizer approach integrating engagement plans for HCPs, opinion leaders, and researchers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Key Account Teams to align engagement with priorities.
• Gather insights from engagements to inform portfolio strategy and commercial execution.
• Translate stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations and program improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive engagement plans with tracking of interactions and outcomes.
